When talking to Jeff Larsen and Tim MacColl, the founding partners of Larsen MacColl Partners, a new private equity firm whose focus is on investing in and growing smaller businesses, both stressed the importance of establishing solid relationships to build successful businesses. Those sentiments were echoed when we talked to the investors and partners Jeff and Tim had worked with in the past. Paragraph leveraged the importance of relationships, the founding partners' Princeton heritage, and more when developing the brand identity, communications collateral, and upcoming website for this new Philadelphia-based firm.

For the past five years it's been our pleasure to develop the theme and marketing materials for Central Lewmar's annual paper show. And this year is no different. Wanting to focus on sustainability and environmental responsibility, and still be "fun," Paragraph created The Green Party (no, not that one), which will be held on Tuesday, October 23rd at the Loews Hotel in Philadelphia. A new face for the Welcoming Center for New Pennsylvanians.
We mentioned the Welcoming Center for New Pennsylvanians in our last Paragram and are pleased to report that the rollout continues for this Philadelphia-based nonprofit. For those who don't know, the Welcoming Center for New Pennsylvanians is an organization that works to promote immigrant participation in the region's economic, political, and social life believing that these individuals can enhance the productivity, profitability, and stability of the region's businesses and contribute to the state's overall economic growth. Paragraph recently developed new communications collateral to speak to the organization's many audiences, a new brandmark, and a new positioning line "connecting international talent to regional opportunities."

Glaser's Confections

Bringing history to life.
Fourth- and fifth-generation confectioners, the Glaser Family is proud to continue the candy-making traditions of James' Candy, Fralinger's Salt Water Taffy, and Bayard's Chocolates. To develop an overarching brand for the family's three product brands, Paragraph reintroduced Glaser's Confections, a company the Glaser's ancestors founded in the late 1800s. Paragraph began telling the Glaser's Confections story in the James' and Fralinger's '07/'08 seasonal mail order catalogs and created a gift box that features some of the family's own brand favorites

Looking to enhance internal collaboration among board members, committee members, and staff, Paragraph recently developed a "Virtual Boardroom" for the Philadelphia Workforce Investment Board.
